By using this site you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

You may read, print, and share pages from this site for your own information. You may not scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system behind it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Selling a company is a significant decision with consequences specific to your circumstances, and you should take your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

4. Getting in touch

When you email us, please don't send confidential information you aren't comfortable sharing before any confidentiality agreement is in place. Email is not a secure channel.

Contacting us doesn't create any advisory, fiduciary, agency, or other relationship between us, and it doesn't oblige either of us to proceed with anything. We handle what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us unsolicited suggestions or ideas, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

5. Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that it is. Content may be changed or removed at any time without notice, and we're not obliged to update anything that has become out of date.

The content of this site — text, design, images, video, and the Framework name and mark — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Section 1 sets out what you may do with it; anything beyond that needs our written permission.
