Privacy Policy

1. The short version

This is a marketing site. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, and no analytics. We don't track you across the web, we don't sell data, and we don't share what you send us with anyone outside the people who need it to answer you.

The only personal information we hold is what you choose to put in an email to us.

2. What we collect

When you browse this site

Nothing that identifies you. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

As with any website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp — in order to deliver the page and protect against abuse. We use these logs only for security and reliability, and we do not attempt to identify individuals from them.

When you contact us

If you email us, we hold your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to tell us. If the conversation is about your company, that will often include commercially sensitive information about the business.

We treat that information as confidential. It is used to evaluate and progress a possible transaction and for nothing else.

3. Why we're allowed to hold it

Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and in assessing potential acquisitions, and on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

4. How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards for as long as we have a legitimate reason to — a founder we spoke to in 2026 may well be someone we speak to again in 2029. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to retain it.

5. Who else sees it

We use ordinary business tools — email and document storage — provided by third parties who process data on our behalf under contract. Where a transaction progresses, we may share information with professional advisers (legal, financial, technical) bound by confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

6. Where it's held

Our service providers process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there. Where that transfer is regulated, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Have information deleted
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Complain to your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these, email info@frameworksoftware.io. We'll respond within the time limit the applicable law sets, and in any case as quickly as we reasonably can.

8. Children

This site is aimed at people running businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

If we change how this site works — for example by adding a contact form or analytics — we'll update this policy at the same time and change the date at the top.
