Running diligence and getting deals closed without the process itself becoming the reason a founder walks away. A lot of this leverages tools we have built internally to wrangle with ugly company data that is not structured for buyers' to analyze.

Our thesis is that specialized software is about to be rebuilt around AI, and that the companies with deep customer relationships in a specific field are the ones positioned to do it. These are the people who actually do that rebuilding.
